Job Responsibilities Collaborate with Investment Directors to provide research, analysis, and advice on investments and capital markets.
Conduct quantitative and qualitative analysis of market conditions and investment managers' portfolios.
Develop written reports and presentation materials for clients.
Assist Investment Directors and co‐Investment Analysts in supporting client requests and questions.
Serve as a primary point of contact for clients within the team's portfolio.
Prepare exhibits and other presentation documentation.

Office Requirement: 12–16 days per month in the office

Qualifications Master of Science in a financial major or Bachelor's degree with 1–2 years of relevant experience (or relevant industry qualifications such as CFA).
Native‐level fluency in Italian, both written and spoken.
Strong written and verbal communication, attention to detail, and prioritization skills.
Proficient with MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
Familiarity with Python and experience integrating AI tools or large language models into workflows.
Demonstrated interest in investments and capital markets, with eagerness to learn.
