Operational Client Service Location: Milan. Start date: as soon as possible. Reporting to: Silvia.
Gross annual salary: 36,500 euro (CCNL Credito).
Responsibilities Act as the central point of contact for an allocated group of clients on operational matters, ensuring efficient incident management and timely escalation of issues.
Provide ongoing client support, following up on all questions or issues until resolution, and keeping clients regularly informed, especially when in-depth analysis is required.
Ensure compliance with Service Level Agreements and strengthen the quality framework to meet both quantitative and qualitative objectives.
Drive continuous improvement of processes and practices, identifying opportunities that provide long‐term value and minimise operational risks.
Contribute to operational enhancement projects, review specifications and terms of reference for new products and initiatives, support clients in developments and tests, and execute conformance tests with clients.




Qualifications Strong financial background and good understanding of the various activities of Euronext's direct and indirect client base.
Prior experience in client services or a similar operational support role.
High standards of service delivery and ability to build strong client relationships.
Strong analytical, organisational and problem‐solving skills.
Experience with project management and ability to monitor progress.
Excellent verbal communication skills, both internally and externally.
Fluency in English and Italian (required).
