Project Finance Specialist – Special Projects As a key member of the EE Projects & OTR Finance team, the Project Finance Specialist – Special Projects reports to a Project Finance Senior Manager. The role supports two strategic projects, combining ownership of project financials with strong analytical execution to drive performance, ensure financial integrity, and support decision‐making.
Responsibilities Owning financial management of assigned projects, acting as a key finance partner to Project Managers and cross‐functional teams.
Driving project performance through margin analysis, cost tracking and proactive identification of risks and opportunities.
Leading closing activities, including revenue recognition, variance analysis and reporting accuracy.
Ensuring balance sheet integrity through reconciliation and timely resolution of project‐related items.
Providing clear financial insights and reporting for operating rhythms and leadership reviews.
Supporting audits, controllership processes and compliance with internal controls and policies.
Contributing to process simplification,



standardisation and continuous improvement initiatives.
Qualifications Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Accounting or a related field.
Relevant experience in Project Finance, FP&A; or Controllership roles.
Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate operational drivers into financial outcomes.
Advanced Excel skills and experience with financial analysis and reporting.
Fluent in English.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a matrix environment.
Demonstrated ownership, accountability and autonomy.
Strong problem‐solving skills and the ability to identify and mitigate project risks.
Effective communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders.
Solid understanding of project accounting, revenue recognition and financial controls.
Experience with Oracle ERP or similar systems.
