This is a hands-on, cross-functional role sitting at the intersection of HR administration, accounting, and employee operations. What you will own
Payroll and HR administration Own the end-to-end payroll process in coordination with our external labor consultant. Manage attendance tracking, absences, leaves, and overtime.



Accuracy and compliance at every step, every month, without exception.
Employment contracts and labor compliance Draft, manage, and archive employment contracts, amendment letters, and termination documentation. Mandatory training and compliance programs Manage all mandatory training obligations (health and safety, privacy, role-specific certifications). Coordinate scheduling, maintain records, and ensure the company is always audit-ready.
Accounting operations Handle day-to-day accounting activities: supplier payments, invoice processing, and bookkeeping. Work alongside our external accountant to maintain clean, up-to-date records. Employee logistics Own the operational layer of business travel: flights, trains, hotels, and any other logistics for the team. Be the go-to person who makes sure every trip is booked correctly, on time, and within policy. Manage travel tools and vendor relationships.
