About Bayt al-Hikma
Bayt al-Hikma is a contemporary platform for dialogue between civilizations, bringing together a carefully curated community of senior leaders, entrepreneurs, investors, policymakers, academics, philanthropists and cultural voices.
Inspired by the historic House of Wisdom in Baghdad, the humanism of Renaissance Florence and the hospitality of the Arab Majlis, Bayt al-Hikma creates private, invitation-only gatherings where meaningful conversation can become understanding, trust and collaboration.
The first Dubai Dialogue will take place on 21 October 2026.
We are seeking an Independent Partnerships Consultant to develop relationships with leading institutions, foundations and organisations across the Gulf.
The Role
The consultant will identify, cultivate and develop strategic relationships with potential Founding, Strategic, Knowledge, Hospitality and Cultural Partners.
This is not a conventional sponsorship-sales assignment.
We are looking for someone who understands the importance of trust, discretion and long-term relationship building, and who can engage credibly with senior decision-makers across the Gulf.
The consultant will contribute directly to the development of Bayt al-Hikma in Dubai and explore opportunities for future Dialogues across the region.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify potential partners among foundations, government-related entities, family offices, universities, cultural institutions, hospitality groups and leading corporations.
- Develop and manage a qualified partnership pipeline across the UAE and wider Gulf.
- Secure introductions and meetings with senior decision-makers.
- Present the vision and strategic value of Bayt al-Hikma.
- Understand each prospective partner’s priorities and develop relevant partnership propositions.
