Role Description
This is a remote Sales Agent role. The Sales Agent will identify and develop new business opportunities, manage and grow existing customer accounts,



and promote Novartiplast’s synthetic leather solutions across target sectors such as automotive, furniture, nautical, and fashion. Day-to-day activities include prospecting and qualifying leads, conducting virtual and in-person sales presentations, preparing quotations, and negotiating contracts in alignment with company guidelines. The role involves maintaining regular communication with customers, providing product information and support, and collaborating with the internal sales team to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment. The Sales Agent will also monitor market trends, gather customer feedback, and provide input to improve products and sales strategies, while meeting defined sales targets and reporting on performance.
