Job Purpose
Lead and oversee global serialization alert management, ensuring timely and compliant resolution of all traceability related alerts across active markets.



This role establishes the global alert governance model, partners closely with local teams to drive resolution, and continuously improves alert processes, reporting, and system performance to ensure end to end compliance with serialization and traceability regulations.

Key Responsibilities
Global Alert Management & Governance
- Serve as the global owner of serialization alert management, ensuring alerts are monitored, prioritized, and resolved within required timelines.
- Develop, maintain, and enforce a global alert management model, including workflows, roles & responsibilities, escalation paths, and SLAs.
- Standardize alert handling processes across regions while accommodating market specific regulatory requirements.

- Act as the central point of contact for global alerts, coordinating with local teams to assess root causes, guide corrective actions, and tr
