Role Description

The Senior Account Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Rome. This role is responsible for managing key client relationships, serving as the primary point of contact, and ensuring the successful delivery of web, social media, and digital marketing projects. Day-to-day tasks include understanding client objectives, coordinating internal teams, developing account plans, monitoring campaign performance, and preparing reports and insights. The Senior Account Manager will also identify growth opportunities, manage budgets and timelines,



and help maintain high client satisfaction and retention.

Qualifications
- Strong account management and client relationship skills, with experience handling multiple projects and stakeholders.
- Solid understanding of digital marketing, social media advertising, and performance campaigns.
- Experience collaborating with web design, UX, and creative teams to deliver integrated digital solutions.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to analyze data, interpret campaign results, and translate insights into actionable recommendations.
- Proven organizational and time-management skills, with attention to detail and follow-through.
- Previous experience in a digital agency or consulting environment in a similar senior role is highly beneficial.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Fluency in English and Italian, and comfort
