We’re looking for a Marketing Manager to join our ever evolving EMEA Marketing team and help shape the future of global commerce.
You will drive growth across Spain and Italy, creating demand, accelerating pipeline and building brand presence in two high-opportunity markets.
Working closely with Business Development teams, you will turn marketing strategy into measurable commercial impact, connecting Global Payments with the right clients at the right time.
Drive pipeline growth by designing and executing integrated marketing campaigns that generate qualified leads across Spain and Italy
Influence deal progression by partnering with Business Development teams to deliver targeted campaigns and account-based initiatives
Shape client engagement by developing compelling, market-relevant content that positions Global Payments as a leader in payments
Experience in B2B marketing, ideally within payments, fintech or financial services
Proven track record in demand generation, lead generation and pipeline development
Fluency in Spanish, Italian and English,



with strong communication skills
Experience partnering with sales or Business Development teams to drive commercial outcomes
Ability to manage multi-channel campaigns across digital, events and partnerships
Experience with account-based marketing (ABM)
Familiarity with marketing automation and CRM platforms such as Salesforce or Marketo

– it’s unmatched. For this full-time position, the good faith estimated annual salary range upon hire is €42,700 to €58,000. The actual starting salary will be determined by a candidate’s experience, job-related skills, and relevant education or training.
