Country Manager - Italy As Country Manager - Italy, you will be the face of Spiko in the Italian market. Your mission is to make Spiko impossible to ignore in Italy: build our public presence, own the local ecosystem, and turn visibility into a growth engine that fuels the sales team on the ground.
You will work hand in hand with our Italian Account Executives and their Team Leader in a two‐way relationship:




You feed them qualified leads generated through your partnerships and local visibility
You can call on their support to make major events a success
Your own focus, one level up, is on representation, partnerships, and market development. You report directly to the General Manager France, Benelux, and Southern Europe.
Public representation: Build the brand's local credibility and reputation.
Identify the events worth attending, show up, and turn presence into pipeline. Convert your partnerships and local presence into a steady flow of qualified leads for the Italian Account Executives. Build and nurture a network of local partners: chartered accountants, part‐time CFOs, VCs, and other prescribers who can channel treasury opportunities to Spiko.
Local visibility: Map the Italian market, understand its specificities, and feed insights back to the GTM and product teams.
