An innovative European deep-tech company at the forefront of artificial intelligence and advanced computing is looking for an experienced Enterprise Account Executive to lead commercial growth across the Italian market.
The company develops cutting-edge AI software that helps large organisations optimise complex processes, reduce infrastructure costs, and accelerate AI adoption. Its technology is trusted by leading enterprises across industries including financial services, manufacturing, telecommunications, energy, and healthcare, delivering solutions that combine advanced machine learning with next-generation computing techniques.

This is a senior individual contributor role with full ownership of the Italian territory. You will be responsible for building strategic relationships with enterprise customers, driving new business, and managing complex, high-value sales opportunities from initial engagement through to long-term account growth.

Own the full enterprise sales lifecycle, from prospecting and discovery through negotiation, contract signing, and account expansion.




Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline while accurately forecasting opportunities and managing CRM activity.
Consistently achieve ambitious revenue targets while building long-term customer relationships.

Build the Italian Market

Develop and execute the go-to-market strategy for Italy across key enterprise sectors.
Identify opportunities where advanced AI technologies can deliver measurable business value.
Represent the business at executive meetings, industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities.
Build relationships with consulting firms, technology partners, and systems integrators to strengthen the commercial ecosystem.

Engage with C-level executives including CEOs, CIOs, CTOs, CFOs, and business leaders.
Understand complex customer challenges and design tailored AI solutions that deliver measurable commercial outcomes.
