Role Description

We are looking for an experienced
Construction Manager
to support the execution of a strategic pharmaceutical capital project in
Northern Italy
.

This assignment is ideally suited to professionals who are available for a
short- to medium-term project engagement
and have a proven track record of delivering construction activities within GMP-regulated manufacturing environments.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead on-site construction activities through the execution phase.
- Coordinate EPC contractors,



subcontractors and client stakeholders.
- Ensure compliance with HSE, GMP and quality requirements.
- Monitor schedule, construction progress and site performance.
- Manage technical issues, construction interfaces and project reporting.
- Support the transition to commissioning and project handover.

Requirements
- Extensive experience as Construction Manager or Senior Site Manager within the pharmaceutical or life sciences sector.
- Demonstrated experience delivering brownfield and/or greenfield capital projects.
- Strong knowledge of GMP environments, construction execution and contractor management.
- Excellent leadership, communication and problem-solving skills.
- Professional proficiency in Italian and English.
- Availability to mobilise in the short term.
