Yibi Hantang is a China market growth and brand management partner for international luxury and lifestyle brands. We work across market strategy, brand partnerships, licensing, product development, content, e-commerce and channel execution, helping overseas brands enter and grow in China while protecting their long-term brand value.
About the Role
We are looking for a Brand Partnerships Manager based in Milan to develop relationships with Italian and European luxury, fashion, beauty, fragrance, jewelry and lifestyle brands.
Responsibilities
- Identify and approach high-potential Italian and European brands
- Build relationships with founders, executives and international business teams
- Evaluate China market entry and licensing opportunities
- Lead early-stage discussions and partnership development
- Coordinate with our China team on market research, proposals and project execution
- Represent Yibi Hantang at relevant industry events and meetings
Qualifications
- Experience in luxury, fashion, beauty, fragrance, jewelry or premium lifestyle industries
- Background in brand partnerships, business development, licensing or international expansion
- Strong understanding of the Italian and European brand landscape
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- Fluent Italian and professional English
- Understanding of the China market is a strong advantage
