We are currently looking for a motivated and customer-focused Field Service Engineer to join our Technical Services team, supporting customers across Central-Northern Italy.This is an excellent opportunity for an engineer who enjoys combining hands-on technical work with customer interaction, thrives in an autonomous field-based role, and is passionate about delivering outstanding service in a fast-paced healthcare environment.The RoleAs a Field Service Engineer, you will be responsible for the installation, maintenance, repair, and technical support of a broad portfolio of Stryker medical technologies, ensuring our customers receive timely and high-quality service.A key aspect of this position is the ability to independently plan and manage your service schedule across your territory.



You will take full ownership of organizing customer visits, balancing preventive maintenance, repairs, installations, and administrative activities while adapting to customer needs and priorities.The territory covers mainly, but not exclusively, Tuscany, Emilia-Romagna, and Sardinia, with regular travel throughout the region. It will be also required to participate in international training abroad, when needed.
