We are looking for a future part‑time (30 hours) Client Advisor (fixed‑term contract until January 2027) to join our team in Milan, La Rinascente.
Job responsibilities
- Outgoing, customer‑focused, and intuitive sense for luxury: strengthen customer relationships and build them through first‑class consultations.
- With individual CRM goals, extensive product and repair training, shine in all customer interactions – from consultation to sales to small repairs on site.
- After‑sales professional: remain the professional point of contact for all after‑sales topics, ensuring smooth processing from acceptance through communication with the technical team to return to customers.
- Ensure first‑class repair processing, meeting the highest quality standards for RIMOWA products.

Profile
- Experience in the luxury sector is desirable but not mandatory; we welcome new starters.
- Fluent in Italian and English; additional language skills are a plus.




- Passion for consulting and a customer‑experience mindset.
