Job Purpose This role will shape the future of manufacturing and supply chain operations across a large and complex international network. As Senior Manager - Supply Chain Process Owner, you will lead a team of Supply Chain Business Process Experts responsible for defining, governing and continuously evolving the Polaris operating model across planning, logistics, warehousing, shop‐floor operations, quality and plant maintenance. You will play a key role in driving the adoption of standardised processes, enabling operational excellence across multiple sites and ensuring alignment between local operations and regional business objectives.
