On behalf of a well-known Italian company operating in the raw materials and food production sector, we are looking for a Sales Manager for the Foodservice & Retail channel on the national market.

Responsibilities
:
- Identifying new potential clients in the foodservice, Ho.Re.Ca., quick-service restaurant and retail sectors;
- Developing and maintaining strong business relationships;
- Developing a solid understanding of clients’ business models and needs to provide effective commercial support;
- Monitor customer satisfaction and proactively address issues to maintain long-term partnerships;
- Contribute to sales planning and commercial strategies in line with corporate objectives;




- Analyse market trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities within the respective channels;
- Prepare performance reports and sales forecasts using defined KPIs for internal and external stakeholders.

Requirements
:
- Between 7 and 12 years’ previous commercial experience in the target channel (foodservice, Ho.Re.Ca., Quick Service Restaurants and Retail);
- Background in the food sector, preferably in the fields of ingredients, bakery, pastry and ice cream;
- Excellent sales and interpersonal skills;
- Fluency in English is appreciated;
- Strong focus on results, proactive and initiative-driven approach, entrepreneurial mindset and good problem-solving skills.

The role will involve travelling throughout the country, with Milan as the base of operations (constant presence in the office is not required, except for initial training and onboarding).
