We are seeking an experienced
Contract Billing Specialist
to join a fast-paced and dynamic team. This role is ideal for an analytical and detail-oriented finance professional who has strong experience managing billing operations, customer accounts, and financial data.

You will play a key role in ensuring accurate invoicing, resolving billing queries, maintaining financial records, and supporting operational excellence across the business.

Key Responsibilities
- Review, prepare, and process invoices, ensuring accuracy and completeness of billing information.
- Manage a large portfolio of customer accounts and monitor outstanding invoices.
- Follow up on overdue payments and support timely cash collection.
- Respond to customer and stakeholder queries relating to billing and payments.
- Investigate and resolve invoice discrepancies, disputes, and billing issues.
- Maintain accurate billing records, reports, and financial documentation.




- Support reporting and analysis activities through effective data management.
- Collaborate with finance, operations, and wider business teams to improve billing processes.
- Ensure compliance with financial policies, controls, and procedures.

Essential Experience & Skills
- Fluent English
- Previous experience in billing, accounts receivable, finance operations, or a similar role.
- Proven experience managing customer accounts and invoice processes.
- Strong analytical skills with excellent attention to detail.
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills and confidence working with large datasets.
- Strong numerical, computational, and problem-solving abilities.
- Experience investigating billing discrepancies and resolving financial queries.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage confidently with internal and external stakeholders.
