As for the skills and experience we are looking for:
- University degree (BS/MS) in Civil Engineering or Architecture
- Minimum 4 years of experience on international industrial/construction projects
- Awareness of Italian construction codes and regulations
- Experience in superstructure construction
- Excellent organization and teamwork skills
- Proven success in contributing to a team-oriented environment
- Self-oriented,
disciplined, and well-organized
- Excellent knowledge of AutoCAD and MS Office software
- Fluent in English and Italian verbal and written
- Good communication skills and well-motivated
- No obstacle to travel to other countries and stay there long-term
Job Description:
- Oversee and manage construction activities at the site, ensuring adherence to project specifications, codes, and safety regulations based on the Construction Manager’s guidance
- Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress, identify potential issues, and ensure compliance with engineering and design requirements
- Collaborate closely with subcontractors and other related parties to ensure timely project completion
- Analyse and interpret engineering plans, data, and technical drawings to plan and execute construction activities
- Coordinate the procurement and delivery of construction materials, ensuring their co
