For an AI-first startup operating within a leading international group, we are looking for a
Senior Product Manager Freelance
to help shape a unified intelligent experience across multiple global brands.

This is an opportunity to join a product organization built around autonomy, ownership, and AI-native ways of working. You'll be responsible for driving product strategy and execution within a dedicated Hub Squad, partnering with cross-functional teams to deliver high-impact solutions at scale.

Activities:

• Own the product roadmap and decision-making process for your squad;

• Define priorities, scope initiatives, and manage backlog sequencing week by week;

• Write product requirements, user stories, success metrics, and clear product documentation;

• Coordinate dependencies and alignment across multiple squads;

• Contribute to capability assessments and product maturity frameworks;

• Represent your squad in key cross-functional rituals, including demos, strategic reviews, and planning sessions.

Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience shipping digital products end-to-end,



ideally in SaaS, platform, or technology-driven environments;

• Strong product leadership and decision-making capabilities;

• Ability to balance strategic vision with operational execution;

• Hands-on experience leveraging AI tools and AI-augmented product workflows (experience with Claude Code is a strong plus);

• Proven track record of owning and delivering measurable business KPIs;

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English;

• Comfortable working in highly autonomous, remote-first environments.

Engagement Details:

Effort
: Full-time or 32 hours per week, Fully remote (Europe or nearby time zones preferred);

Start date
: Late June 2026;

Duration
: Initial contract through December 2026 and a strong possibility of extension throughout 2027;

Rate:
350/400€ per day.
