AI & Software Engineering, Remote
The Founding Engineer will help build SuperEngine, a game engine and distribution platform for real-money gaming. Our goal is to make launching a real-money game radically easy: a developer brings a game, and SuperEngine handles the hard parts, the engine, the infrastructure, the verifiability, and distribution to existing betting sites through the same integration they already use. We're working toward an AI system that can take a game from an idea to a live product autonomously, so developers, and eventually anyone, can launch without rebuilding the stack every time.
Security and verifiability are a substantial part of the job. Today the industry runs on trust you can't verify: the provider's server decides, in secret, whether a player won or lost. We're deleting that trust. Every round's outcome is cryptographically committed before the player's first move, the randomness is public and verifiable, and both are proven on-chain and checkable by anyone. We run the hard parts in production today on superstake.fun; this role turns that into a platform.
This is a founding role, not a senior title on a large team. You will set the architecture, standards, and engineering culture that everyone after you inherits. We are hiring a very small number of people, and we would rather leave this open than fill it with someone who needs to be managed.
Read the rest carefully before you apply, much of the point of this post is to help you decide whether it isn't for you.
Responsabilities:
- Design and build the core game engine, distribution layer, and the APIs and tooling developers and betting sites integrate against.
- Build the systems that make launching a game easy: developer-facing SDKs, templates, and the pipeline from code to live product.
- Contribute to our AI-driven direction: systems that take a game from an idea to a launchable product autonomously.
- Implement cryptographic commitment and verification flows, integrating verifia
