Role Description
This ON-SITE role as an English Teacher involves delivering engaging online English lessons to learners of different ages and proficiency levels. The English Teacher will plan and structure lessons, select appropriate materials, and adapt teaching strategies to individual and group needs. Daily responsibilities include assessing student progress, providing constructive feedback,



and maintaining clear communication with learners and the school regarding schedules, performance, and learning goals. The role also includes contributing to a positive virtual classroom environment and following Tetraling’s academic guidelines and assessment standards.

Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong English Teaching and Teaching skills, with experience guiding learners at various levels.
- Candidates should possess Lesson Planning skills and a solid background in Education to design structured, goal-oriented lessons.
- Candidates should possess excellent Communication skills to interact effectively with students and colleagues in a remote environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in English, Education, Linguistics, or a related field; relevant teaching certifications (e.g., TEFL, TESOL, CELTA) are desirable.
