OTTO.ARTISTS is an early-stage technology company developing a digital platform for the creative industries. Our objective is to build the professional infrastructure that connects creative professionals, organisations and opportunities through technology, structured career development and trusted professional networks.

We are looking for a Product Co-Founder to join the founding team and establish the company’s product function from its earliest stage. This is an equity-based founding opportunity for an experienced product professional who wants to help build a scalable technology company and contribute to its long-term strategic development.

Working with the Founder

OTTO.ARTISTS was founded by Ethan Stoilov, who has been developing the project for more than three years with the long-term objective of building professional infrastructure for the creative industries.

The company was established on the belief that creative professionals deserve the same level of structure,



transparency and long-term career development that exists in other industries. Since its inception, the focus has been on building an organisation capable of generating measurable social impact by improving professional standards, expanding access to opportunities and strengthening the connection between creative talent and organisations.

The Product Co-Founder will work directly with the Founder in a partnership built on trust, intellectual honesty and shared accountability. Independent thinking, constructive challenge and evidence-based decision-making are expected, while alignment around the company’s long-term vision remains essential. The ideal partner is someone who combines entrepreneurial thinking with disciplined execution and understands that building an early-stage company requires resilience, adaptability, persistence and long-term commitment.
