Adecco is looking for a talented
Junior Controller Intern
to join a global leader in the tyre industry. You will join the Administration, Finance & Controlling function and will be trained to understand the logic of monitoring the company's economic performance indicators as well as to apply reporting, consolidation, cost analysis and budgeting techniques. This internship offers hands-on experience, providing a unique opportunity to develop your skills in a dynamic, fast-paced, and international environment.

WHAT YOU WILL LEARN

You will collaborate with your tutor in:

· Collecting, consolidating and analyzing performance data.

· Maintaining and developing reporting tools.

· Defining company’s KPIs subject to monitoring.

· Finalizing the calculation of monthly data and planning for medium- and long-term goals.

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

Master’s degree in finance, economics or equivalent.

Fluency in Italian and English (B2/C1).

Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel





Detail oriented with excellent analytical skills.
