7-Beds is a growing hotel distribution platform connecting hotels, travel agencies and travellers. We are expanding our hotel portfolio across Albania and are looking for a motivated Hotel Contract Manager to join our team.

Key Responsibilities
- Identify and contract new hotel partners.
- Negotiate commercial agreements and rates.
- Maintain strong relationships with existing hotel partners.
- Ensure hotel content, availability and rates are up to date.
- Collaborate with the Sales and Operations teams to maximize revenue.

Requirements
- Experience in hotel contracting, sales or the tourism industry.
- Strong negotiation and communication skills.
- Excellent English (written and spoken).
- Knowledge of the Albanian hotel market is an advantage.
- Ability to work independently and achieve targets.
- Good organizational and analytical skills.
