Who we are looking for
We are seeking an exceptional and experienced MYP/DP Master Teacher of Mathematics from August 2026 to join our school and play a pivotal role in driving excellence in Teaching and Learning. This is an opportunity for a candidate with a proven track record of delivering outstanding student outcomes, who can inspire not only learners but also colleagues through innovative practices and academic leadership.
The Master Teacher will not only deliver high-quality lessons but will also contribute to the broader development of the Mathematics curriculum, mentor teachers, and elevate standards across the department.
The Master Teacher will be also part of a special scholarship programme dedicated exclusively to talents in Mathematics, Physics, Computer Science, and Design Technology.
Job Responsibilities
Qualifications/Key Responsibilities:
- A minimum of 7 years of recent and relevant experience in a world-class international school.
- A relevant Master’s degree and teacher qualification (eg: Mathematics,



or another related field from an accredited, state-approved programme) is an advantage.
- Applicants should demonstrate experience in reputable or top-tier international schools and drive high academic standards, demonstrate a track record of measurable student success across key stages.
- A proven track record of outstanding student outcomes and academic success.
- Demonstrated expertise in curriculum development, assessment, and data-driven instruction, and proven ability to plan and deliver innovative inquiry-based lessons that engage students and address their diverse learning needs.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with students, staff, and parents effectively.
- Right to work in Italy (EU passport or valid Italian work VISA) will be will be highly regarded.
- Proven experience in preparing students for international competitions in Robotics, Mathematics, Physics, and Science(eg: World Robot Olympiad
