Job Description
You will join our eCommerce team, managing digital transformation and platform optimization projects in an international context.
Responsibilities
Collaborate with stakeholders to manage global eCommerce projects
Perform analysis to improve existing eCommerce processes and systems
Manage resources and tasks to meet project objectives
Monitor progress, communicate updates, and mitigate risks
Oversee budget and resource forecasting for eCommerce initiatives
Ensure security and compliance requirements are considered in solution design
Support the deployment and training of end users and support teams
Identify gaps in existing functionalities and propose improvements
Qualifications
~5‑7 years of experience as an IT Project Manager working in international eCommerce projects
~ Experience with budget and resource forecasting
~ Familiarity working with technical teams and knowledge of technical topics (DevOps, Cloud, Cybersecurity)
~ Experience managing complex global projects with multiple stakeholders
~ Experience working with Agile Methodologies such as Scrum




~ English fluent as you will be working in an international and multicultural environment and English is the day‑to‑day language
~ Certification in project management (e.g. PMP, Prince2, SCRUM, Agile) is a plus
~ Italian fluent
~ Experience with virtual teams and hybrid environments is a plus
~ You demonstrate strong communication skills
~ You demonstrate strong organizational skills
~ You demonstrate strong analytical and problem‑solving skills
~ You demonstrate adaptability in multicultural environments
