As an Inside Sales Engineer (Proposal Engineer) at Yokogawa Italy, Milan based, you are the vital link between our advanced technology portfolio and the complex needs of our industrial customers. Guided by our founding philosophy—earning respect through quality, not just profit—you will design, explain, and deliver automation solutions that embody monozukuri (the art of making things) and support long‑term customer success.

Your role is dynamic and customer‑facing, blending technical depth with commercial insight. You may collaborate with engineering teams to refine proposals in the morning, present tailored solutions to customers later in the day, and visit industrial sites across Italy to assess challenges firsthand.



You will continuously analyze market trends, identify growth opportunities, and build lasting stakeholder relationships.

Keeping pace with rapidly evolving industrial automation technologies (DCS, PLC, SCADA and Digital Solutions, with special focus on DCS and Digital Solutions)
