About the Role:

The Stewarding Supervisor plays a key role in supporting Food & Beverage
operations by ensuring the highest standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and safety
across all kitchen, outlet, and back-of-house areas. This position supervises
the daily activities of the stewarding team, supports Culinary and F&B;
operations, and ensures full compliance with Four Seasons standards, HACCP
guidelines, and local regulations.

What You Will Do:

* Supervise daily stewarding operations across all Food & Beverage and kitchen
areas.
* Lead, coordinate, and support the stewarding team during shifts, ensuring
efficiency and operational readiness.
