What you’ll do
- The program includes three phases of 6 months
- Building your Foundation: Youwill join our production team and support efficiency and optimizationinitiatives
- Exploring new horizons: Youwill embark on functional rotations in selected departments in alignmentwith the Program Manager (example :Quality, Engineering, Logistics, Lean Management, SHE, etc)




- Get a strategic perceptive: Youwill be involved in a cross functional project in close collaboration withthe regional and global Henkel Adhesive Technology teams
- In parallel you will be introduced to the different supplychain and related functions to build a broad understanding of theorganization.
- You will own and drive multiple cross-functional projects that leadto continuous improvement within your plant, allowing you to develop deepinsight into the different functions of operations and supply chain.
- As part of the program, you will receive a high level ofvisibility and guidance from an experienced mentor who will provideongoing guidance, share feedback on your performance and agree developmentmeasures with you
