The Front End Sub‑Chapter Lead mentors developers, supports project teams with deep technical expertise, ensures engineering standards are applied consistently, and serves as the first escalation point for back‑end and integration‑related technical challenges.

- Act as the primary technical reference for the sub‑chapter domain.
- Guide developers through architectural decisions, code quality improvements, and advanced technical issues.
- Ensure consistent application of engineering standards and best practices within the sub‑chapter.
- Identify & allocate resources with the appropriate competencies for Digital Product development in alignment with capacity planning request provided by the Tech Product Owners.
