Responsibilities
Executive & Administrative Support
- Provide comprehensive executive assistance to BU Care Chemicals
- Manage and coordinate the Manager's calendar, meetings, travel arrangements, and expense reporting
- Prepare, proofread, and coordinate business correspondence, reports, presentations, and meeting documentation
- Organize internal and external meetings, workshops, and town halls; prepare agendas and follow up on action items

Regional Coordination & Communication
- Act as the primary liaison between internal stakeholders (Business Segments, Global Functions, Site Teams) as well as external partners
- Coordinate regional communications, announcements, and management updates across BU Care Chemicals
- Facilitate cross-functional and cross-segment collaboration (Personal & Home Care, Industrial Applications, Crop Solutions, Base Chemicals, etc.)

Project & Operations Support
- Track and follow up on key strategic projects and regional initiatives; maintain project timelines and status updates
- Support the preparation of regional business reviews, performance reports,



and leadership presentations
- Coordinate regional budget tracking and documentation in collaboration with Finance
- Assist in planning and organizing regional events, customer visits, and leadership off‑sites

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, International Relations, or a related field
- Minimum3–5 yearsof experience in an executive assistant, management support, or administrative coordinator role
- Fluency in English (written and spoken) ;Strong organizational and communication skill
