HR Operations Team Lead
Your Role And Responsibilities
In this role you will have the opportunity to perform day to day processing of HR requests related to multiple service lines with a major focus on Employee Life Cycle, compensation and payroll. You will provide appropriate support for internal customers and deliver accurate and timely processing of information for all stakeholders.
Work Model
In this role, you’ll help run what runs the world by taking on meaningful work that drives real impact, as you will be accountable for:
- Executing and delivering assigned HR Services in compliance with all standard operating procedures/policies or other procedures in place and according to defined Service Level Agreement(s).
- Supporting employee queries and HR community (by ticketing tool).
- Recommending enhancements and simplification of existing processes and procedures based on feedback and experience with customers.
- Performing data entry into appropriate systems as necessary for assigned HR Services.
- Maintaining an high level of data quality and accuracy in the systems.
- Providing on-demand reports related to the process, where required.
- Supporting the team on ad hoc activities
Qualifications For The Role
- You possess a Bachelor’s degree and you are interested in different aspects of Human Resources as a function.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office. SAP skills are a nice to have
- You are at ease communicating in English and Italian, both written and spoken.
