APM Terminals, located in Vado Ligure (SV), Italy, is recruiting a business-oriented HR Business Partner to work on site.
As an HR Business Partner, you will act as a trusted advisor to managers and leaders, supporting the organization in all people‑related matters while helping drive business performance through effective HR strategies and practices.
Pay special focus to these key responsibilities:
Contribute to continuous learning and improvement by building capabilities and adopting new lean ways of working.
Identify development needs and support the design and implementation of learning initiatives aligned with business priorities.
Ensure training compliance and maintain accurate records in line with legal and company requirements (including safety and security).
Manage activities related to interprofessional funds, ensuring effective access to available funding opportunities.
Act as a trusted advisor to managers and leaders on people‑related matters, organizational design, and workforce planning.
Support leadership teams in managing performance, talent,



and organizational effectiveness.
Manage employee and labor relations topics, including interactions with employee representatives and trade unions.
Coordinate and support key HR processes such as:
Performance Management, MBO and goal‑setting processes
Talent Review and Succession Planning
Employee Development initiatives
Support annual salary reviews, merit increase processes, and compensation & benefits initiatives.
Lead and support engagement, change management, and organizational development initiatives.
Ensure compliance with HR policies, labor legislation, and company procedures.
Support the implementation of people strategies aligned with local, regional, and global business objectives.
Oversee learning and development activities, including mandatory health and safety training compliance.
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, Law, or a related field.
