WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

We are looking for a senior Machine Learning Engineer who can bridge the gap
between cutting-edge AI technology and real business outcomes. Beyond strong
technical expertise, the ideal candidate should demonstrate product thinking,
excellent communication skills, and experience building enterprise-grade AI
systems that solve complex business problems.

REQUIREMENTS

* 5+ years of experience designing, building, and deploying production-grade
Machine Learning solutions.

* Advanced proficiency in Python for machine learning and data analysis,
including Pandas, NumPy, Scikit-learn, and XGBoost.





* Expert-level SQL skills for complex data querying, transformation, and
performance optimization.

* Strong experience with AWS and big data technologies such as Spark, Hadoop,
or Presto.

* Proven experience designing, building, and deploying enterprise LLM
applications in production environments.

* Hands-on experience with RAG architectures, vector databases, embeddings, and
agentic AI workflows.

* Experience using modern LLM orchestration frameworks such as LangChain,
LangGraph, LlamaIndex, or similar.

* Strong understanding of production MLOps practices, including CI/CD, model
versioning, deployment strategies, monitoring, and continuous optimization.

* Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain technical
concepts, architectural decisions, and trade-offs to both technical and
non-technical audiences.
