Responsibilities

- Lead and coordinate civil activities (both concrete and steel construction), for Grid Integration projects (AIS/GIS HV Substations and Power Plants), ensuring effective collaboration with technical tendering and project engineering teams.
- Support the development of project deliverables during the tender phase by coordinating and preparing documentation, creating engineering estimates, and performing risk assessments prior to submission.
- Support the project team with claims related to changes in the civil scope, assessing cost, time impacts, and risks while maintaining customer satisfaction through continuous dialogue and excellent service.
- Collaborate with engineering colleagues to share best practices, optimize process and develop leadership, coordination, and communication skills, upholding core values of safety, integrity, and quality in all phases of bid and project processing.
