The market is responding fast to a strong product and we now need to accelerate the commercial engine.
The Role: Scale the Italian Market. As our BDR, you are the tip of the spear of our commercial engine. You'll work directly with Filippo (CEO) and Francesco (Head of Sales), owning the top of the funnel: from AI-enhanced prospecting to first call set-up with Supply Chain directors and ops managers, all the way to handing over qualified opportunities to the team. You will be working on specific projects across the commercial engine. Build target account lists across Italian vertical industries: research, enrichment, segmentation, prioritization
- Run outbound at scale: calls, email sequences, LinkedIn, multi-channel cadences
- Qualify inbound and outbound conversations, book discovery meetings, and own the handoff
- Use LLMs and tools (Claude, ChatGPT, Apollo, n8n, Make) to compress 4 hours of research into 10 minutes
