Valentino is looking for an Intern who will be included in the Marketing
Europe Department, based in Milan, and will support the team in the following
activities:

Retail Events Planning & Coordination
• Support the planning and execution of retail events across Europe, including
VIC events, clienteling activations, product launches and in-store experiences;
• Assist in the preparation of event briefs, presentations, timelines and
operational documents to ensure smooth project execution;
• Support the coordination of the European retail events calendar, ensuring
alignment across markets and functions.

Event Execution & Operational Support




• Assist in the end-to-end organization of retail events, including venue
coordination, guest management, logistics, suppliers and event materials;
• Support communication and follow-up with internal stakeholders, local teams
and external agencies to ensure flawless execution;
• Contribute to the preparation of post-event reports, recap presentations and
performance tracking documents.

Client Engagement & Event Performance
• Support the Client Engagement team in activities related to invitations, guest
lists and event attendance monitoring;
• Assist in collecting and analyzing event results, including client engagement,
attendance and other key performance indicators;
• Support competitive analysis and research on luxury event trends, client
experience initiatives and best practices within the industry.

Finance and Marketing Budget Coordination
• Collaborate closely with the Europe Finance
