JOB PURPOSE:

The E-Commerce Specialist will support the day-to-day management, optimization
and growth of the Group's Other Brands digital business, with a focus on the
Employee Online Store and Food & Beverage e-commerce platforms.

The role combines business performance analysis, merchandising support,
operational execution, catalog management and cross-functional coordination,
contributing to product performance optimization, the delivery of excellent
customer experience and the achievement of commercial objectives across multiple
digital channels.

Working closely with Digital, IT, Logistics, Merchandising, Retail Operations
and local business teams, the Specialist will support the execution of digital
initiatives,



monitor business performance and ensure the smooth management of
daily e-commerce activities.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

* Support the day-to-day management of the Employee Online Store and Food &
Beverage e-commerce platforms, ensuring operational excellence and optimal
customer experience.
* Monitor and analyze key e-commerce KPIs (traffic, conversion, sales
performance, AOV, etc.), identifying trends and business opportunities.
* Prepare recurring business reports and dashboards, providing actionable
insights to support business decisions.
* Manage catalog activities, ensuring product data accuracy, assortment
consistency, seasonal updates and promotional initiatives, while supporting
product performance analysis and merchandising actions.
* Coordinate day-to-day activities with cross-functional teams including IT,
Retail, Merchandising, Client Service and local business stakeholders.
