Insurance Intake Coordinator
About the role:
You'll own the first critical touchpoint in the patient experience for U.S.-based healthcare practices. Every patient interaction you manage sets the tone for their entire care journey. Your work directly impacts clinic throughput and revenue cycle efficiency by ensuring patients arrive fully registered, insurance-verified, and documentation-ready before their appointment.
This role requires someone who can balance speed with accuracy, navigate insurance complexities confidently, and communicate with patients who are often anxious or unfamiliar with the process.
Pay Rates:
Tempo parziale Monthly Rates: $800 to $1,200 (20 hours per week).
Full-time Monthly Rates: $1,600 to $2,400 (40 hours per week).
The posted monthly salary range is an average monthly income. However, all jobs at Virtual Latinos are hourly-based, and payments are calculated based on the number of hours a person works daily. We pay our Virtual Professionals every 2 weeks through third-party platforms. The hourly rate range of the position is $10 - $15, depending on experience. Once a rate has been offered to you, it is non-negotiable.
Work Schedule:
The work schedule will vary depending on the position and client. Most schedules align with U.S. and Canadian business hours.
