Assisting with the waste disposal process, ensuring waste is disposed of correctly and efficiently
Ensuring that all areas, both in the kitchen and banquet facilities, remain clean and organized throughout events





Stewarding:
Ensuring all kitchen equipment, utensils, and dishes are thoroughly cleaned, sanitized, and ready for use
Assisting with the setup and breakdown of kitchen stations, ensuring all areas are properly stocked and organized
Complying with food safety and sanitation standards, following established protocols and guidelines
Reporting any maintenance issues or concerns to the appropriate team member to ensure the kitchen runs smoothly
Helping transport tableware, linens, and food items between the kitchen and banquet areas
Previous experience working in kitchen, F&B;, or banquet operations, ideally in a luxury or fine dining establishment
Knowledge of food safety and sanitation regulations
