Choose to do it right: The Artwork Process Excellence Manager is a hybrid role at the heart of the Artwork Coordination team. On one hand, the role contributes directly to artwork project execution alongside the Artwork Coordinators. On the other hand, it owns the operational backbone of the function — processes, tools, data — ensuring the team works consistently and efficiently at scale. The position is based in Monza (Italy), with regular travel to Paris (France).
Artwork Project Coordination




Coordinate end-to-end release of packaging artworks in collaboration with cross-functional teams (Regulatory Affairs, Marketing, Supply Chain, Packaging, Manufacturing sites)
Ensure timely delivery of artwork updates in full compliance with regulatory, quality, and branding requirements
Manage artwork activities using digital workflow tools and documentation systems
Guarantee technical accuracy of packaging materials, including die-lines, barcodes, regulatory mentions, and print specifications
Identify, pilot, and operationalize AI-powered tools for artwork operations (automated review, compliance checking, document analysis, process automation)
~ Lead continuous improvement initiatives based on data analysis of bottlenecks and recurring issues
~ Develop training materials and onboarding programs for Artwork Coordinators and other functions
~ 5–12 years of experience in artwork coordination, packaging operations, or operat
