Your role – sales responsibility and scope for development
As an Area Sales Manager, you represent ECOMAL in your sales territory Italy and play a key role in expanding sustainable customer relationships in the Avionic, Military and Space market: Customer focus: Support and advise existing and new customers in your regional sales area on electronic and electromechanical components, both in person and digitally.
Business development: Acquire new customers, identify potential opportunities and establish long‐term partnerships.
From offer to order: Prepare and follow up on offers, conduct price negotiations and oversee projects from start to finish.
Target ownership: Be responsible for sales, budget, and margin, and realize the jointly defined sales targets.
Structured sales work: Analyse ongoing business, create customer profiles, presentations and travel reports, and derive follow‐up activities from them.
Strong collaboration: Work closely with the internal sales team and business development department to provide optimal customer service and ensure growth.
Your profile




What you bring to the role:
A degree in business or engineering, e.g., industrial engineering, or a comparable qualification
Several years of professional experience in technical sales, ideally in the electronics or industrial sector
Confident use of MS Office, especially PowerPoint and Excel
A goal‐oriented, structured, and solution‐oriented approach to work
A high degree of independence, flexibility, and willingness to travel
Strong communication and negotiation skills and a confident manner when dealing with customers
