Resident Sales Engineer – Padova
At the Würth Elektronik Group, we produce and sell electronic components. For Wuerth Elektronik Italia we are looking for a Resident Sales Engineer based in Padova.
Your Role
In this role, you will be the dedicated technical and commercial point of reference for a defined customer portfolio. You will combine technical know‐how with a proactive sales approach to identify new opportunities, support customers through their development projects, and contribute to revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities
Proactively manage relationships with assigned customers, ensuring timely, personalised, and high‐quality responses.
Identify and qualify new sales opportunities and generate qualified leads within your assigned portfolio.
Prepare and send commercial offers in line with our quality standards.
Actively manage the sales pipeline in the CRM and contribute to the achievement of sales targets.
Monitor customer satisfaction and build long‐term, trust‐based relationships.
Qualifications
Technical diploma in Electronics,



Electrical Engineering, Telecommunications, or equivalent qualification; a technical degree is a plus.
Previous experience in Inside Sales, technical sales support, or a commercial role, preferably in the electronics or electromechanical sector.
Basic/good command of English.
Excellent communication skills and a natural ability to build trust‐based relationships with customers and colleagues—also remotely.
Proactive mindset, strong organisational skills, and a results‐driven approach.
Basic knowledge of the electronics/electromechanical sector is a plus.
