You collaborate with Territory P&S; teams, Product Lines and stakeholders to shape portfolio strategy and capture opportunities that boost customer value and market position. You translate market intelligence into actionable plans, align initiatives with business goals, and support cross-functional execution. A core focus is delivering seamless customer experiences through omni-channel initiatives while advancing warranty, inventory, and service operations. - Maintain deep knowledge of P&S; portfolios, market trends and competitive solutions to inform commercial decisions
- Capture and communicate customer insights and market intelligence to Product Line teams to influence portfolio development




- Execute portfolio and product strategies across the Sales Area ensuring alignment with customer requirements and business goals
- Act as a trusted advisor on P&S; products and solutions for customer engagements and sales opportunities
- Drive warranty programs and continuous improvement initiatives across the Sales Area
- Lead inventory optimization initiatives balancing working capital and readiness for fleet growth and new installations
- Promote and accelerate the Omni-channel business model for integrated customer experiences across digital and traditional channels
- Lead or support strategic P&S; projects across the Sales Area, coordinating stakeholders and delivering measurable improvements
