Overview Experteer OverviewAs Director, IMSC Project Portfolio Operations, you will lead cross-functional governance to align the Innovative Medicine Supply Chain portfolio with strategic goals. You'll mature portfolio capabilities, implement decision-support standards, and drive prioritization across global teams. You'll partner with finance, governance, and other supply chain leaders to optimize investments and resources, delivering measurable business outcomes. This role offers exposure to a global, matrix organization and meaningful impact on patient outcomes.Responsibilities
- Mature portfolio management capabilities (People, Process, Technology) and implement decision-support standards
- Lead as the business process owner for E2E Portfolio Capability, designing a roadmap and value narrative
- Provide leadership for portfolio governance, ensuring prioritization aligns with strategic priorities and resources
- Develop an IMSC project portfolio aligned to BP/LRFP/Financial Updates with robust analytics and reporting




- Oversee portfolio governance execution to maximize organizational benefits
- Recommend actions to leadership to ensure portfolio supports strategic intent and optimized investments
- Drive portfolio prioritization through analytics and ensure global integration across portfolios
- Collaborate with supply chain, finance, and governance to align project priorities with business needs
- Lead and manage a global team; drive change management to embed processes in the organization
- Communicate and influence effectively in a complex matrix environment
- Guide business processes for financial cycles (LRFP, BP, Financial Updates) for Capex and OpEx

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Supply Chain, or Analytics (MBA preferred)
- Minimum 10 years experience in a Supply Chain or Finance organization
- Prior people leadership experience and talent development skills
- Proven ability to influence at all leadership xrdztoy levels
