I am recruiting for a Lead Application Engineer to join my client's team in northern Italy. This customer-facing role supports semiconductor companies that use custom IC design tools, with a focus on analog simulation and AI-enabled design flows. - Provide technical support for custom IC front-end design solutions
- Support customers using analog simulation and SPICE-based tools
- Deliver product demonstrations, presentations and training
- Resolve complex technical issues remotely and onsite
- Work with engineering teams to share customer feedback
- Build strong customer relationships across Italy

Requirements
- Master's degree in Electronic Engineering or a related discipline
- 5 to 10 years of experience in analog IC design, EDA or application engineering
- Good understanding of custom xrdztoy IC front end design flows
- Experience working in Linux or Unix environments
- Fluent in Italian and English
- Strong communication and customer-facing skills
- 4 days on-site each week
