Overview Experteer Overview: In this role you drive and grow CooperSurgical's fertility portfolio by leveraging deep market knowledge and proactive sales skills. You will align local sales and marketing activities with corporate strategy, ensure compliance, and report market data to leadership. You'll use analytics tools to plan and optimize opportunities, build strong customer partnerships, and lead initiatives that expand market presence. This position offers impactful work shaping fertility solutions and customer value in a fast-paced environment.Responsibilities
- Meet key stakeholders and manage accounts to achieve revenue targets
- Plan sales visits around major opportunities and focus on closing deals
- Develop strong customer relationships and meet revenue targets for assigned accounts
- Generate leads across consumables, equipment, service and Genomics and coordinate with internal stakeholders
- Develop commercial proposals for annual contracts and standing orders
- Monitor public tenders and coordinate internal teams to ensure product presence in tender specs




- Maintain account ownership and coordinate selling across the CooperSurgical Fertility portfolio
- Understand customer needs to enhance value proposition and partnerships
- Proactively uses market insight and analytics tools (CRM, PowerBI) to manage sales and report to management
- Arrange local promotional and training activities with ROI focus with Clinical Application Scientist and regional sales team
- Sugggest and implement processes to optimize time management and business continuity
- Analyze sales trends and market metrics with leadership to craft tactics and drive growth
- Prepare customer visits in advance and ensure timely CRM reporting
- Maintain financial reporting deadlines and ensure business continuity during absences
- Collaborate with functions (Equipment, Customer Service, Genetics, Marketing, Regulatory, Finance) to deliver superior service
- Engage in marketing campaigns to grow
