Experteer Overview As VP Sales, you will drive global growth for Esko's Digital Flexo business from Europe-based leadership, overseeing sales strategy, GTM execution, and channel partnerships. You will lead a high-performing, geographically dispersed team in a fast-transforming, IoT‐ and AI‐enabled ecosystem of hardware, software, and cloud services. You'll shape the market position, deepen key client relationships, and partner with cross‐functional leaders to deliver value at scale. Responsabilità
- 10+ years in B2B enterprise CAPEX sales in advanced hardware/software
- Consultative and value-based selling with enterprise and mid-market customers
- Strong leadership of geographically dispersed teams
- Strategic thinking aligned with business goals
- Excellent written and spoken English communication and negotiation skills
- Strong problem-solving xrdztoy abilities and adaptability in fast-paced environment
- Relationship-building with clients, partners and stakeholders
- Analytical skills to analyze sales data and market trends
- Experience with packaging trends and AI/estimation/planning
- Proficiency with leading CRM platforms to automate and report sales performance
- Travel up to 75% (primarily Europe and North America)
