Pirola Pennuto Zei & Associati, a leading professional firm in the field of tax and legal consultancy, is looking for a Paralegal/Secretarial Assistant to be placed at the Milan office.
Role and activities
File management and document updating
Administrative assistance to the team's lawyers
Management of IT tools (Salesforce and mandate management, etc.)
Assistance in the organization and preparation of meeting rooms
Support for the organization of trips, transfers and related expense reports
General secretarial activities in support of the Partner and the working group.
What we offer
The gross annual salary (RAL) for this role is between € 24,000 and € 29,000
The pay grade will be determined during the selection process based on the candidate’s profile and in accordance with the National Collective Labour Agreement (CCNL) for the Professional Firms
The specific remuneration package, including any variable components, will depend on an assessment of the candidate’s profile against the role’s requirements
The role offers additional benefits such as meal vouchers, a welfare programme and a wellbeing plan.
What we look for
At least 1-2 years' experience in the role, preferably in structured contexts
Excellent interpersonal and teamwork skills
Excellent command of the English language
Excellent knowledge of the Office package and IT tools.
